TENSE Current Transformers are designed to convert high primary currents into lower secondary current values that can be safely measured by metering and protection devices. The ATM-40 is a low-voltage miniature current transformer with a 40 A primary current and 5 A secondary current. It provides accuracy class 1, 1 VA output power and a 20 mm conductor opening. Current transformers can be used with energy analyzers, ammeters, multimeters, meters and protection relays to support safe and accurate monitoring of high-current electrical circuits.
